The Brookfield Old Town Hall (OTH) is a wonderful community rental choice for your Vermont Upper Valley events. It is a charming and historic building in the middle of Pond Village, just down the lane from the famous Brookfield Floating Bridge. The many windows of the large, bright meeting venue look out onto the clear waters of Sunset Pond. In addition to a welcoming entrance foyer and large hall seating up to 120 guests, our professional caterer’s prep kitchen is located on the same floor. Our rentals have been convenient and accommodating for our many satisfied clients during the months of spring, summer, and fall. We provide an ideal location for a variety of events, including weddings and receptions, family events, community gatherings, public forums, concerts, and other arts venues.
The OTH weekend (Fri-Sun) daily rental rates are less than $300 and weekday (Mon-Thu) rates are even less. Both renter purchased single-event liability coverage and a $100 refundable security deposit are required. Please consider renting our lovely site for your events and meetings.
